Site scope and independent status
PlayHopearth.top provides an independent launcher, browser guidance, troubleshooting, and editorial material. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Hop Earth or its developers. The Play Hop Earth action opens the official https://hop.earth/ address in a separate window or tab. It does not embed, copy, sell, or grant access to the game itself.
Hop Earth names, service, account system, game interface, and related marks belong to their respective owners. The official service controls availability, accounts, races, rules, content, updates, and player data. Using the game may require accepting terms supplied by that operator.
Permitted use
You may read and link to public guide pages, use the launcher for personal lawful access to the official game, quote short portions with attribution, and report errors. You may not interfere with site availability, bypass security controls, submit malicious traffic, scrape at a rate that disrupts service, impersonate this publisher or the official game, or use the contact address for spam.
You may not turn the launcher into a misleading download flow, inject malware, collect credentials, conceal the official destination, or represent this site's content as an endorsement. Automated access must respect published crawl controls, reasonable request rates, intellectual-property rights, and applicable law.
Content and source rights
Original PlayHopearth.top writing, layout, route-mark identity, and launcher implementation are protected by applicable rights. The official game capture, Hop Earth marks, public project, and referenced map data retain their respective ownership and licenses. The sources page provides context and links but does not expand a third party's license.
You are responsible for checking the current license before reusing source code or assets from an external repository. A public repository is not permission to impersonate a service, misuse trademarks, expose personal data, or redistribute third-party dependencies outside their terms.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to make the guides accurate and update material changes, but browsers, devices, networks, public repositories, and the official service can change without notice. Control descriptions are secondary to current in-game prompts. A successful popup request does not guarantee that the official game's account, race, map, or graphics services will be available.
